Instructions:
In a large skillet heat the oil over medium high heat.
Add onions, peppers & garlic to the pan. Cook until the onions become translucent, about 2 minutes.
Add the Angus Roast Beef & cook until the meat in heated through about 3 minutes. Add the chili powder, red pepper flakes & tomato sauce.
Continue to cook, stirring occasionally until all of the flavors have combined about 8-10 minutes.
