If you have wheat allergies or suffer from celiac disease, we have hundreds of delicious, gluten-free deli options for you. Almost all of our fresh deli meats contain no gluten, and all of our artisan cheeses and condiments are gluten free.
What is Gluten?
Gluten is the sticky protein substance in wheat. Many lesser quality deli meats contain starchy fillers and extenders, which we never use. In fact, the Celiac Sprue Association has listed over 400 Dietz & Watson products as CSA-Gluten-Free.
Which D&W products contain gluten?
Only two of our deli meats contain gluten: All of our artisan cheeses and condiments are 100% gluten free.
