Black Forest Ham with Mustard Sauce, New Potato Confit & Fried Tomatoes

At the deli, ask for 1 1/2 pound Black Bear® Black Forest Ham. Heat by grilling, baking, or pan frying.

 

In a small sauce pan, simmer the chicken stock and shallots for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add the mustard and heavy cream, stir and simmer until lightly thickened.

Pour the over the ham and add the chives when ready to serve.

  • 1 1/2 pounds Black Bear® Black Forest Ham
  • 1 shallot (fine dice)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
