Prepare herb mixture by combining thyme, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper and granulated garlic. Coat the London Broil with some oil and dip the meat into herb mixture, completely covering it. Grill on open flame or pan sear. If grilling, splash some of the oil on it to flame, creating a charred exterior. Cook and remove from heat to rest. Cook after the salad and dressing have been prepared.
