Herb Crusted Grilled London Broil Bistro Salad with Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds whole piece of Black Bear® London Broil Roast Beef ( 1 1/2 inch- 2 inch thick slice)
  • 1/2 cup of herb mixture (thyme, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, granulated garlic)
  • 2 ounces olive oil

Instructions:

Prepare herb mixture by combining thyme, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper and granulated garlic. Coat the London Broil with some oil and dip the meat into herb mixture, completely covering it. Grill on open flame or pan sear. If grilling, splash some of the oil on it to flame, creating a charred exterior. Cook and remove from heat to rest. Cook after the salad and dressing have been prepared.
