Italian Hoagie

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 12-inch loaf Italian bread
  • Hoagie Dressing, as needed
  • 1/4 pound Black Bear® Hot Coppa
  • 1/4 pound Black Bear® Sweet Coppa
  • 1/4 pound Black Bear® Mortadella, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Black Bear® Sopressata, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Black Bear® Prosciutto di Parma, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Black Bear® Genoa Salami, shaved
  • 1/4 pound Black Bear® Provolone, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pound Black Bear® Mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 vine-ripened tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • Pepperoncini

Instructions:

Slice the bread down the side, but not all the way through.  Drizzle with the hoagie dressing.

Layer all the meats evenly into the bread, then top with the cheeses.

Top with the lettuce, tomato, onion and pepperoncini and drizzle again with the hoagie dressing.

Pierce with toothpicks and slice into four portions on a bias.
