Perfectly cooked al dente elbow macaroni is mixed with chopped hard-boiled eggs and tossed in a creamy, but zesty dressing made of mayonnaise and lemon. Green pepper, red pepper, andonion are added along with relish made of fresh pickled cucumber. The salad is then lightly seasoned with salt and crushed black pepper.
