  • 1 lb Sliced Black Bear Gourmet Chicken
  • 6-8 slices Black Bear Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Ripe Roma tomato, diced
  • 1-1 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 Sliced Baguette


  1. Heat olive oil then sauté garlic (making sure it doesn’t burn).
  2. Add diced tomatoes and cook el dente, then add spinach and cook till wilted.
  3. Mix Black Bear Gourmet Chicken, then layer sliced Black Bear Mozzarella Cheese till melted, then mix.
  4. Serve on sliced baguette (Can also be served over pasta).
